Shipping & Returns
Thank you for shopping with Trident Pets and Aquatics. Whether online or in-store, we strive to make your shopping experience enjoyable and pride ourselves on delivering the best possible customer service. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so if your goods arrive damaged or faulty, we offer a full refund or replacement service.
When placing your order, please ensure you check it carefully to ensure details such as sizing, colour, and type of product are correct. The cost of returning incorrectly ordered goods is at the expense of the customer and not covered by Trident Pets and Aquatics.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped by DPD on a fully tracked, Next Working Day service, when placed before 3 pm Monday – Friday.
Shipping Costs
- DPD Delivery Next Day Delivery – Orders over $44.99*
- Orders placed before 3 pm Monday to Friday will be delivered free of charge on the next working day.
- Orders placed after 3 pm Monday to Thursday will be collected by DPD on the next working day for delivery on the following working day.
- Orders placed after 3 pm Friday through to Sunday will be collected by DPD on Monday for free next day delivery on Tuesday. Next Day Delivery – Orders under $44.99*
- Orders placed before 3 pm Monday to Friday will be delivered on the next working day – Cost $5.99.
- Orders placed after 3 pm Monday to Thursday will be collected by DPD on the next working day for delivery on the following working day – Cost $5.99.
- Orders placed after 3 pm Friday through to Sunday will be collected by DPD on Monday for next day delivery on Tuesday – Cost $5.99.
- Saturday Delivery
- Saturday delivery is only available for orders placed between 4 pm Thursday and 4 pm Friday:
- Orders under $44.99 – Cost $8.99
- Orders over $44.99 – Cost $3.99
Orders may occasionally be delayed due to events out of our control, such as courier collection delays, traffic congestion, and adverse weather conditions. Please allow 48 hours from shipment to delivery.
*Please note that all orders are subject to surcharges based on product weight, dimensions, or delivery address. All charges will be clearly displayed in the checkout prior to purchase.
DPD Shipping Surcharges
Delivery surcharges apply to the following postal codes. These charges are due to the additional cost of postage to these areas charged by DPD. All charges will be clearly displayed in the checkout prior to purchase.
DPD Delivery Days
DPD does not perform collections from us or deliver to you on the following days:
- New Year’s Day
- Good Friday
- Easter Sunday
- Easter Monday
- Early May Bank Holiday
- May Bank Holiday
- Summer Bank Holiday
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day

Issues with your Order
The Trident Pets and Aquatics team works hard to ensure all orders are dispatched to you as quickly and accurately as possible. If you are not happy with your order, please do not hesitate to contact our team to rectify any issues.

Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order and your item has already been dispatched, please ensure you return your purchase to us in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Upon receipt of the returned item, your order will be refunded, excluding postage costs. All shipping costs to return a cancelled order are at the cost of the customer.
